Sooooo responsive--even in peak HEAT SEASON in Phoenix!!! A real employee answered the phone 24/7 when my AC went out during heat wave. He made it here the next day, early a.m. (Robert) He checked system, explaining what he was doing along the way--pipes, fuses, filters. Solved it all. Explained costs, and whether I wanted to know about service contract, which provided significant savings for the current repair!!
